I'm passionate about home births and have had one myself. In the hospital, I can help you limit, and ideally avoid all, medical interventions, and help you feel supported and confident during your labor. I believe that your labor is the transitional time in which you become the mother that your new baby will need, and that your presence during labor is essential to your transformation.

I enjoy being hands-on during labor, and would love to walk with you, squat with you, support your body as you wiggle and move, and inform you on what's going on below as you usher your baby out and into our world. I currently specialize in working with first-time mothers. I'm a Madriella certified birth & labor doula and postpartum doula, so I am here for you before and after the birth of your baby. As a student of The Well: School of Body Literacy, I am a fierce advocate of Fertility Awareness (FA) Education for women and girls of all ages. I love teaching teens and young adults about puberty and menstrual cycle.
